We are open on Fridays from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm and Saturdays from 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm.

Initial visits include a thorough health history and discussion about your individual goals for treatment. After developing a customized treatment plan, you will receive your first acupuncture treatment. Tiny needles will be inserted into various parts of your body based on your individual health needs. You’ll relax on the table with the needles in for around 25 minutes. Many people fall asleep during this time! Initial appointments often last 90 minutes.

Acupuncture uses fine, sterile needles placed at specific anatomical points to engage the body's nervous system, modulate pain pathways, regulate the autonomic stress response, and support tissue repair. It calms what is over-activated, restores what has gone quiet, and returns the body to a state in which healing becomes possible again.

Make sure to eat a light meal within a few hours of your appointment and try to wear loose, comfortable clothing if possible.

In order to provide the best possible care and attention to patients, we do not accept insurance. We can provide you with a superbill for you to submit for possible reimbursement.

Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of your service fee. If you need to cancel within the 24 hour period, please text us at 919-213-0920.
